nominating a teacher, please contact the site administrator for assistance in this regard.
Obtain permission from the teacher, if leaving or from a family member if deceased, you wish to nominate.
Collect the profile of the nomimee by completing the Nominee Form. Click (press) here to
download the form. You are urged to include at least one photo of the nominee, preferably wile they were still teaching.
Verify that the information you have collected is correct before submit for publication. The site administrator run a
background check to ensure that the information displayed on this site is accurate and correct.
Use and complete the form in the Contact page of this site when submitting the nominee profile. Otherwise you can
email the profile and your information will be processed accordingly.
Once the infomation has been confirmed it will be prepared for publishing and viewing by the public.
